Delivery and return

Delivery policy

I. Transportation Method Selection

Sea Freight

Scenario: If you order a large quantity of electric boilers that occupy a large volume or weight, sea freight is an extremely economical and efficient choice. For example, purchasing multiple large commercial or industrial electric boilers at once can significantly reduce transportation costs per unit.
Service Details: We have established long-term and stable partnerships with many major shipping companies worldwide, offering both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) services.

  • FCL: Your electric boiler occupies an entire container, ensuring product integrity during transportation and preventing damage from collisions with other goods.

  • LCL: Suitable for smaller cargo volumes, where your electric boiler shares container space with other clients’ goods to optimize resource use and costs.
Transit Time: Varies by destination. Delivery to major ports on the U.S. East Coast typically takes 25–35 days, while delivery to ports on the European Mediterranean coast takes 20–30 days. Note that delivery times may fluctuate due to seasons, route congestion, and port efficiency.

Air Freight

Application Scenario: If you have urgent delivery requirements for electric heating boilers—such as needing to put products into operation quickly or ordering small batches—air freight can meet your strict punctuality needs. For example, urgent project demands for rapid equipment restocking can be fulfilled via air transport.
Service Details: Through close cooperation with major airlines, we can quickly arrange suitable flights. Air freight is an efficient and fast transportation service that significantly reduces transit time.
Transit Time: Typically 3–5 days to major Asian cities and 5–7 days to North America. Compared to sea freight, air freight drastically cuts waiting time, allowing you to start operations faster.

Road/Rail Freight

Scenario: If your delivery address is in a country/region bordering China or involves landlocked countries in Europe, road/rail freight is a convenient and flexible option. For clients near the border, it enables direct door-to-door delivery.
Service Details: Together with our professional land transportation partners, we offer two options:

  • Road Freight: Flexible and capable of reaching remote areas for precise door-to-door service.

  • Rail Freight: Suitable for transporting large quantities of electric boilers over long distances, with high safety and relatively low costs—especially efficient in Europe’s well-developed railway regions.
    Transit Time:

  • Road freight to neighboring countries’ major cities: 3–7 days (distance-dependent).

  • Rail freight to landlocked European cities: ~7–14 days.

II. Components of Transportation Costs

Base Cost Calculation

  • Sea Freight: Cost is based on volume or weight (whichever is higher). Rates per cubic meter or ton vary by route, schedule, and market supply/demand.

    • Example: Southeast Asia: ~[X1]/m3;MiddleEast: [X2]/ton.

    • General cargo handling fee: ~$[X3] per shipment (covers port loading/unloading, storage, and documentation).

  • Air Freight: Cost is based on actual weight or volumetric weight (volumetric weight = L(cm) × W(cm) × H(cm) ÷ 6000), whichever is higher.

    • Example: North America shipments:

      • 45–100 kg: ~$4/kg [X4];

      • 100–300 kg: ~$5/kg [X5] (unit cost decreases with higher weight).

  • Land Freight: Cost depends on distance, weight, and volume.

    • Road freight: ~[X6]/ton/km;

    • Rail freight: varies by route/commodity, typically [X7]/ton/km.

    • Example: 500 km road trip for a 5-ton boiler: ~5×500×[X6] = [X8] RMB.

Explanation of Additional Fees

  • Fuel Surcharge: Adjusted by carriers to reflect fluctuating international oil prices, calculated as a percentage of the base freight rate (e.g., a 10% oil price increase may raise the surcharge by [X9]%).

  • Port/Airport Handling Fees: Charged by port/airport authorities for cargo processing, dependent on weight, volume, and loading/unloading complexity (higher for large, heavy boilers).

  • Customs Declaration Fee: Charged by customs brokers for declaring goods, typically [X10] RMB per declaration (varies by shipment complexity).

  • Customs Clearance Fee: Levied by customs for document checks, tax payments, and coordination, often a percentage of the goods’ value (e.g., [X11]% in some countries).

  • Destination Storage Fees: Applied if goods are stored beyond the free storage period at ports/airports/warehouses, calculated by volume (e.g., [X12]/m³/day) or weight (e.g., [X13]/ton/day). We proactively inform you of estimated arrival times to avoid unnecessary storage costs.

III. Packaging and Protection Measures

Packaging Material Selection

  • Small Electric Boilers:

    • Use high-strength five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes.

    • Internal padding with high-density foam forms a buffer around the boiler to absorb vibrations and impacts during transit.

    • Critical components (electrical panels, cable connections, etc.) are wrapped in bubble film for extra protection.

  • Large Electric Heating Boilers:

    • Use custom solid wood crates (heat-treated to meet international quarantine standards and prevent pest spread).

    • Internal lining with multi-layered thick rubber and pearl cotton to secure the boiler and create buffer space.

    • Rubber corner guards protect protruding parts and edges from impact damage during handling and transportation.

Protective Labeling

Labels indicate handling instructions (e.g., “Fragile,” “This Side Up,” “Keep Dry”) to ensure proper care throughout the supply chain.

Return and Exchange Rules

Return Policy

If the electric boiler you received has quality issues, we will accept the return after professional verification confirms the problem, following our specified procedures. You must contact us within [15 days] of receiving the product and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange for a professional logistics team to collect the product and cover return transportation costs (provided the return rules are followed). Returned items must retain their intact original packaging, complete accessories, and must not affect resale.

Exchange Policy

If the electric boiler has quality issues or does not match the order description, please choose to exchange the product—we will process this as soon as possible. After confirming your exchange request, we will prioritize handling your order and expedite production and delivery. We will also assist you in arranging the return of the original item to ensure you receive the correct boiler without delay.

Damage and Loss During Transit

Transport Damage

If the electric boiler is damaged during shipping, take photos upon receipt to document the damage and contact our customer support immediately. We will promptly initiate a damage compensation process and help you file a claim with the shipping or insurance company. After providing us with valid evidence (e.g., photographs of damaged goods, shipping documents, unboxing videos, etc.), we will actively communicate with the responsible party to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will repair the boiler, replace parts, or provide a full unit replacement to protect your rights and interests.

Lost in Transit

If your shipment is unfortunately lost, we will do everything possible to assist with tracking and filing a claim. Once the loss is confirmed, we will process compensation in accordance with our agreement with the shipping or insurance company. Compensation will fully cover the product cost, transportation fees, and any other losses incurred to ensure you receive adequate reimbursement. Meanwhile, we will rearrange the shipment for you to minimize delays caused by the loss.
